At Ressler Ranch in Cooperstown, North Dakota, our Labrador Retrievers are part of everyday ranch life. We value dogs with sound structure, good temperaments, trainability, and a natural desire to retrieve. We want our puppies to grow into capable hunting and hunt test partners, as well as loyal companions at home.

Our Program

We plan each litter with care, bringing together the qualities we value in a Labrador: a willing attitude, a strong retrieving instinct, a people-focused temperament, and the versatility to enjoy both work and family life. Puppies are raised in our home and handled as they grow. We take time to get to know each puppy’s personality and help match them with families looking for an active companion, hunting partner, or future hunt test dog.
