Purchased from Livewire Ranch, Darla is a Percheron–Quarter Horse cross who joined Ressler Ranch with a special purpose in mind: becoming a dependable, versatile, all-around riding horse.

Our vision for Darla is to develop a horse that can comfortably transition between everyday ranch work, leisurely trail rides, working alongside and handling other horses, and eventually driving.

With the combination of Percheron strength and Quarter Horse versatility, we're excited about her potential to become a reliable partner for a variety of jobs around the ranch.

Darla's journey is just beginning, and we look forward to watching her develop into a well-rounded horse that is just as comfortable working as she is enjoying a quiet ride down the trail.
