Horses
As ranchers, you have got to have a reliable horse for certain parts of your job. A long time ago, we decided that riding one that you bred and raised was a lot more enjoyable because you knew what the mind of that horse would tend towards. Over the years we have refined our brood mare band and we now have mares that can not only work on the ranch but also perform in the show circuit. Horses that don't quit on you, that stay sound, and are easy to break and STAY BROKE!

Its not often that a broke horse from our ranch comes available. However, every one of our horses are
for sale for the right price. If you see something you like, make an offer. Nothing stays here if it bucks,
rears, or pulls back. Everything leads, loads, ties, stands good for their feet, points and rides and is
ridden by our kids. All foals due in 2026 are up for sale, deposits can be made if you are interested in holding a foal till weaning.

Lads Bayberry (Lads 50)
Lena is one of our favorite mares on the ranch. She is a finished reining and roping horse. While she never competed in and AQHA competitions, she did earn money in each competitions that she was entered in.
Her first colt won the 2019 World Champion Jr Ranch Reining tittle. Since then, each of her foals have either remained in our herd or gone on to a show home.
She is due in March of 2026 with a foal sired by Matallic Cattack.

Kit, a 2019 buckskin mare, is the daughter of Lena and a full sibling to the 2019 WORLD CHAMPION Jr Ranch Reining. Kit is everyone's go to horse on the ranch. She is expecting her second foal sired by Time To Glo due in in March 2026 and scheduled to be bred to Pride and Joy for a 2027 foal.

We purchased this mare from a local breeder as a riding mare. After doing some research and riding her on the ranch for several years, we decided that we wanted to breed her to use her foals on the ranch.
She is expecting a foal in May of 2026 sired by This Cat Shines.

This is a filly out of one of the first foal born on the ranch. The McKeag bred mare was bred to Rawhides Slvr Bullet and our first foal was born. That little filly went on to have 6 foals herself, each of those foals went on to be performance horses, rodeo horses, or kids horses. Flirt was her final foal and she was started by Nicol Edlund in 2025. She is scheduled to be bred for a 2027 foal.
